Terms of Service

By accessing or using Practice Room, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This application is developed by Roland Hüttmann, Switzerland.

Practice Room is a specialized media tool designed for musicians to enhance their practice routines. You are solely responsible for the media files you import into the application. You must ensure that your use of third-party content, such as YouTube videos or private recordings, complies with all applicable copyright laws and regulations.

The service is currently in a beta testing phase. While we strive for stability and performance, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Roland Hüttmann reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features during this testing period without prior notice.

To provide a seamless experience, your repertoire metadata, tags, and practice settings are stored in a secure cloud environment. This allows you to synchronize your progress across multiple devices.

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Switzerland. Roland Hüttmann and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
